Please carefully review these Terms of Use (“Terms”), which govern your access to and use of the websites, apps, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Tikitin Solutions Private Limited (“Astrix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you have questions or cannot accept these Terms, contact hello@astrix.live before registering or using the Services. We may modify these Terms at any time; please check www.astrix.live regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Definitions

  • Astrix: Tikitin Solutions Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Office No. 1, 1st Floor, Suite 168, Sapphire Chambers Riviresa, Baner, Pune – 411045.
  • Content: All text, information, data, software, executable code, images, audio, and video provided on or through the Services.
  • Event: Any performance, show, concert, sports event, or other entertainment activity for which tickets are sold through the Platform.
  • Event Partner: The entity responsible for organizing/producing the Event (e.g., artists, venues, teams, fan clubs, promoters, leagues).
  • Platform: The Astrix application, website, and related services.
  • Services: Ticket sales, event listings, and related features provided by Astrix.
  • User / You: Any individual who accesses or uses our Platform or Services.
  • User Content: Any content (e.g., text, images, videos, reviews, comments) that Users submit, post, or make available through the Services.

Astrix strives to ensure that the Platform and Services are accessible to users with disabilities. Users requiring reasonable accommodations should contact hello@astrix.live specifying the nature of their request.

2. Overview

Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference), Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

These Terms and related policies constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.

Event-specific terms and conditions (as provided by Event Partners) are displayed on the Event page. If there is a conflict, the Event-specific terms prevail and bind you for that Event.

Eligibility: You must be 18+ to use the Services. If under 18, you may use the Services only with parent/guardian permission.

3. General Service Description

These Terms govern your access to the Services, which enable you to discover Events and procure tickets that grant admission to venues/establishments.

Astrix facilitates ticketing on behalf of third-party Event Partners and is not responsible for the Event or Event Partner actions/omissions (see Refund Policy for details).

The Services may require an account and may process certain personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Personalized recommendations (e.g., gigs, products) may appear in discovery feeds; you can also buy tickets/products or share items to social platforms.

Tickets purchased are subject to the Refund Policy, venue rules, and Event Partner terms.

3.1 Astrix Role as Intermediary

For most Events, Astrix acts as agent/intermediary; in some cases, Astrix may act as principal. The relationship is indicated at checkout and affects tax, consumer protection, and refunds (see Refund Policy).

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

An account may be required for purchases or features (e.g., waiting lists). Provide your name, mobile number, and email. Tickets are issued to the name on your account.

By registering for or using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (a) all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete; (b) you have legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms; (c) you own or have all necessary rights in content you submit; and (d) your use of the Services will comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

4.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current information and promptly update it when it changes.

4.3 Account Security

You’re responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account. Notify Astrix immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Astrix is not liable for losses arising from failure to secure your account.

4.4 Technical Requirements

Use requires a compatible device, internet access, and (where applicable) messaging/data services. Carrier/data fees may apply.

5. Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from Astrix (e.g., account notices, promotional messages). Such communications satisfy legal requirements that they be in writing.

6. Copyright

The Services (and all Content) are protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Content is owned by Astrix or used under license.

You may view/download/print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use subject to any specific restrictions. Any other use (reproduction, distribution, display, transmission) requires Astrix’s prior written consent.

7. Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of Astrix are trademarks or registered trademarks of Tikitin Solutions Private Limited. You do not acquire any rights in Astrix marks/logos.

8. User Content

8.1 Ownership and License

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Astrix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content to:

  • Operate and improve the Services
  • Promote and market the Services
  • Analyze and understand user behavior
  • Fulfill obligations to you and Event Partners

The license ends when you delete your content or account, except where (i) others have shared/retained it, or (ii) it is in active promotional use.

Upon account closure or deletion of User Content, the license granted to Astrix shall terminate except where (a) retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes, or (b) content is actively used in ongoing campaigns/promotions at the time of closure. Astrix will cease active use as soon as is reasonably practicable.

8.2 Restrictions

Do not submit content that:

  • Infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity)
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, or harassing
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Impersonates others or misrepresents affiliation
  • Constitutes unauthorized commercial messages (spam)

8.3 Monitoring and Removal

Astrix may (but is not obligated to) pre-screen, monitor, edit, remove content, and may terminate access for violations.

9. Presales, Reminders, Saved Events, Waiting Lists & Group Plans

You may register for presale/reminder notifications (e.g., SMS/push) or save events for alerts (e.g., low inventory, approaching date). Tickets are first-come, first-served; notifications do not guarantee availability. Notifications may include additional Event information.

10. User Conduct

You may use the Services for personal purposes only and must not:

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to disrupt the Services
  • Reproduce, copy, sell, resell, remove, modify, or exploit the Services/Content
  • Use scripts, crawlers, bots, automated tools (including ticket-buying tools)
  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities
  • Scrape or circumvent rate limits

We may cancel transactions or suspend/terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms are breached; affected tickets may be void.

11. Modifications to the Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or features) with or without notice. We may impose limits or restrict access. We are not liable for such actions.

12. Liability

12.1 What Is Not Limited

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud
  • Any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded

12.2 Service Limitations

We do not guarantee that the Services are (i) compatible with all devices/software, (ii) available at all times, or (iii) entirely accurate/up-to-date (though we strive for accuracy).

12.3 Scope of Liability

If we breach these Terms/our policies or cause loss due to our act/omission, our responsibility is limited to direct, foreseeable loss you suffer. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, reputation, interruption, or data.

As noted in §3, we are not responsible for Events or Event Partner actions/omissions. We are not responsible for failures caused by your device, connectivity, or matters beyond our reasonable control. Your statutory rights may apply where not legally overridden.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astrix and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your acts/omissions or third-party acts not authorized by us
  • Third-party claims related to the foregoing

14. Force Majeure

Astrix and Event Partners are not liable for failure/delay due to causes beyond reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, war, civil unrest, terrorism, labor disputes). We will make reasonable efforts to notify users and adjust Services; normal operations resume as soon as reasonably possible.

15. Assignment

Astrix may assign these Terms (in whole/part) without notice. You may not assign your rights or obligations without Astrix’s prior written consent; unauthorized assignments are void.

16. Third-Party Content and Services

Astrix disclaims any liability for third-party content, services, apps, or websites accessed through the Platform. You access third-party services at your own risk, subject to their terms and policies, and agree that Astrix is not responsible for loss, damages, or disputes arising from such use.

17. Closing Your Astrix Account

These Terms apply from your first access/use until termination. You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@astrix.live. Upon closure, access ends and remaining tickets/credits may be forfeited per the Refund Policy.

We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or other appropriate reasons.

Data will be handled per the Privacy Policy (including retention/deletion).

Provisions that by nature survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, indemnity, liability limits) survive.

In cases where your account access has been terminated or suspended, you may appeal by submitting a request with supporting documents to hello@astrix.live. Appeals will be reviewed and responded to within 30 business days.

18. Grievance Redressal

Per the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, send grievances to hello@astrix.live.

  • Acknowledgment: within 24 hours
  • Disposal: within 15 days
  • Complaints involving explicit/impersonation material: resolved within 24 hours

19. Customer Experience

For general complaints, contact hello@astrix.live. We aim to resolve issues promptly.

20. Dispute Resolution

20.1 Initial Resolution

Contact hello@astrix.live first; most issues resolve informally.

20.2 Formal Steps

  • Email a written description to hello@astrix.live.
  • Allow 30 days for investigation/response.
  • If unresolved, proceed to binding arbitration.

20.3 Arbitration

Seat: Mumbai, India | Language: English | Law: Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (ad-hoc). Mumbai courts have exclusive supervisory jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive/equitable relief to prevent irreparable harm.

20.4 Class Action Waiver

Disputes must be resolved individually; no class actions or class-wide arbitration.

20.5 Governing Law

Laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

20.6 Jurisdiction

Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.

21. Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

22. Waiver

No failure or delay by Astrix to enforce any right/provision constitutes a waiver, nor does a waiver of one instance imply a waiver of others.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any Event-specific terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Astrix and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings (written or oral) on the subject.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Please review periodically. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Astrix will notify users of material changes to these Terms via in-app notification and/or email prior to the effective date. Non-material changes become effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
